Judging Contest
Please note our new start time: Doors open at 12:30, the meeting starts promptly at 1:00
Our honey judging contest isn’t just limited to extracted honey, it also includes comb honey, creamed honey, chunk honey, beeswax, mead, honey cookery, arts and crafts, and gadgets. Town of Brookhaven Ecology Site, Park & Animal Preserve, Holtsville NY
Directions:
From the LIE, go South at Exit 63 (County Road 83 or North Ocean Avenue) for 3 traffic lights (approximately 2 miiles).
Turn right on Route 99 (Woodside Ave).
Go to the second road (Buckley Road) and turn right.
Entrance to the park is on right, about 1/10 of a mile.
